Chowdhury Bhattacharjee & Co. is a distinguished firm of Chartered Accountants with a legacy spanning over 38 years in public practice. The firm was officially established in July 2000 through the amalgamation of two reputable accounting firms: N. Chowdhury & Co. (founded in May 1985) and B. K. Bhattacharjee & Co. (founded in July 1988).
From its inception, the firm has been dedicated to providing comprehensive professional services, specializing in Audit, Taxation, and Business Consultancy. Over the years, it has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, client-focused financial and advisory solutions to businesses across various industries.
Leadership & Expertise
Chowdhury Bhattacharjee & Co. was founded by two distinguished professionals:

🔹 Mr. Bimal Kanta Bhattacharjee, FCA (Enrollment No. 517)
Both founding partners have extensive experience in the accounting, auditing, and financial sectors, having worked with some of the most prestigious companies in the country. Their strategic vision and commitment to excellence have played a pivotal role in shaping the firm's growth and reputation.
In November 2016, the firm welcomed Mr. Saptam Biswas, FCA (Enrollment No. 1615), as a Partner, followed by the admission of Mr. Badhan Chandra Saha, ACA (Enrollment No. 2298), to the partnership in July 2026. Their expertise, professional experience, and leadership have further strengthened the firm’s capabilities and contributed to the continued expansion and enhancement of its professional services.
